Who you're working with

Hello, I'm Grace.

Before Grace & Home, I spent over ten years in the NHS, caring for patients and their families. I'm also a mum to three boys, so I know first-hand how much goes into keeping a family and a home running — and how overwhelming that mental load can become.

Care has always been a huge part of who I am, and I've always been drawn to organisation, efficiency and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. Grace & Home is a continuation of that, just in a different setting.

I support families across the Wirral and Cheshire — resetting their homes when life has taken over, and helping to keep them running beautifully afterwards. It's about much more than a clean house: it's caring for people by making their homes feel calmer, more manageable and easier to live in.
